Track and Dolley Mount

The Time Lapse Rail Mount is constructed from 3/4" PVC pipe using internal connectors. It is assembled much like rail road tracks with ties holding the rail (PVC pipe) in place. The rail car moves along the rail but at a very slow pace.

Time Lapse Dolley

The Elevator Time Lapse Mount still uses a rail system but with the car inpetween the rails. In this manner the car is suspended and the rails prevent it from moving except in the direction of the rail.

The car is lifted with a timing belt that is driven by a 0.5 RPM worm gear motor. When the car gets to the top, a switch stops the car and the worm drive hold the car in place.
